Dobrý den, v balení je elektro součástka, která by měla hrát při otevření krabice. Bohužel kapsa v které je uložena, je z větší části odlepena od horního krytu a elektro součástka ani po prvním otevření nehraje. Chtěli bychom tedy poprosit o výměnu, nebo minimálně slevu z produktu? Samozřejmě hru jako takovou to neovlivňuje, ale vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o dárek pod stromek, bylo by fajn, že by produkt byl 100%. Děkujeme za kladnou reakci. S pozdravem.
