Máte zkušenost s použitím s Xbox One? Když headset připojím na PC, tak fungují sluchátka i mikrofon, ale při připojení k Xboxu, mikrofon nefunguje. Jakmile zapojím jack-jack z ovladače do krabičky, je ve sluchátkách slyšet šum a když su s někým v chatu, tak slyší taky nějaký zvuky, ale na hlas, mikrofon nereaguje. Díky

Dobrý deň. Zakúpil som si produkt a stretol som sa s problémami. Po zapojení cez digitálnu skrinku, slúchadlá začínajú šušťať. Bez zvuku je to počuť jasne, so zvukom sa to zníži, ale stále šušťia a napríklad pri scénach vo filme bez nepretržitej hudby napríklad, to je stále počuť a ruší. Toto sa nedeje ak zapojím slúchádlá priamo, nie cez krabičku, ale potom mi zasa nefunguje mikrofón. Potom kolieska na nastavovanie hlasitosti nefungujú. Iba koliečko "chat" ktoré funguje nesprávne, a to tak, že mení hlasitosť všeobecnú. Chcel by som sa teda spýtať, či robím niečo zle ja, či je potreba nejaký ovládač, alebo mám radšej slúchadlá reklamovať. ďakujem
