Dobrý den, na stránkách výrobce jsem se dočetl, že na stativ VEO 2 GO 204CB poskytuje prodlouženou záruku 10 let. Chtěl jsem se zeptat, zda se tato záruka vztahuje i na stativy zakoupené u Vás a případně kde se tato záruka uplatňuje (rozumějte, po uplynutí 2leté zákonné záruce). Také bych se rád zeptal, zda tato prodloužená záruka odpovídá běžné záruce. Děkuji

Dobrý den. Koupiů jsem od vás tento, ale přišel mi bez destičky. Reklamaci jsem už asi prošvihl, resp. nedotáhl do konce. Můžete mi poradit, která rychloupínací destička se k němu hodí? Děkuji
