Dobrý deň, zakúpili sme u vás externý disk Verbatim Model 53226 1,5TB. Po určitej dobe používania sa disk pokazil. Zatiaľ sme ho nereklamovali nakoľko sú na ňom dáta. Chcem sa spýtať nakoľko tento disk už nevidím v ponuke či je možné z vašej strany dodať ešte jeden takýto disk samozrejme, že by sme ho kúpili. Na disku je zrejme poškodená zákl. doska a druhý disk by som použil na jej prehodenie a spojazdnenietoho poškodeného. Resp. či by bolo možno z vašej strany mi zaslať kontakt na niekoho kto tento disk tiež kúpil a ja by som sa s ním dohodol na odkúpení. Ďakujem vopred za pomoc.
