The VIKING TYR II power bank itself also supports fast charging via its USB-C input with a power of up to 18W. If you own a device that supports wireless charging, you'll appreciate that the VIKING TYR II supports wireless charging with a power of up to 15W. Simply place your phone, for example, on the dedicated surface and charging will start automatically.
VIKING TYR II has solar panels for off-grid independence
The power bank features solar panels that can generate up to 8W in the sun. This means you can charge your devices on the go with the VIKING TYR II using clean solar energy. You'll appreciate this especially when you're out in nature, as every extra percentage of battery comes in handy. Charging via the solar panels is mainly intended for emergency use and is not a primary charging source. The VIKING TYR II power bank is equipped with a high-quality Li-Polymer battery that excels in its long life and stability.
Compact and durable design suitable for travel
VIKING TYR II has compact dimensions and weighs only 770 grams, making the power bank a great travel companion. Using the supplied loop, you can hang it on your backpack to get a supply of solar energy for charging. VIKING TYR II has IP54 certification, which makes the power bank resistant to dust and splashing water. The device has also been made to withstand impacts. A reinforced, rubberised case protects the TYR II power bank in case of a fall.
The VIKING power bank can be used as an LED light
If it starts to get dark and you need to light your way or light up your tent, you can use the VIKING TYR II, as the power bank includes a built-in LED light. You can choose from three light modes – steady light, strobe, and SOS. You can keep track of the VIKING TYR II's charge level and charging status using the LED display. The capacity status is shown as a percentage.
Package contents of the VIKING TYR II outdoor power bank
- VIKING TYR II power bank
- USB-C to USB-C connecting cable
- Hanging loop
- Charging speed depends on the total power of a charger (W) and the maximum power that can be used to charge the device that is being charged. If the charger provides more power than the device supports, the power supplied is automatically reduced so that the device is not damaged in any way.
