Mikrofon přestan fungovat, po reseru mikrofonu se už nespároval. Reklamace mi nebyla uznána, protože mám resetovat i přijímač, což se udělalo, ale už nikde není psáno co dál, jak dluho se resetuje, máme pak vypnout a zapnout...??? Děkuji

Dobrý den, koupila jsem tento mikrofon pro iphone 14 pro. Vsude v navodech byla informace, ze pro ios je kompatibilni a staci zapojit a vse zapnout. Nicmene pri nahravani videa zvuk z mikrofonu nejde, vyzkouseno take na iphone 14 a 13 (nejnovejsi operacni system). Kdyz mam ale v zarizeni zapojeno sluchatko, zvuk z mikrofonu slysim, pri prehravani videa, ale jde zvuk z interniho mikrofonu. Muzete mi prosim poradit, kde by mohl byt problem?

Dobrý deň, pri použití lepších slúchadiel počuť miestami rušivé hučanie. Skúšal som viacero bezdrôtovch aj drôtových slúchadiel. Akoby sa hlas ozýval paralelne o niečo hlbšie. Je to neprehliadnuteľné a prakticky naprieč celou nahrávkou. Máte nejaký tip? Odporúčate reklamáciu? Ďakujem!
