Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem TV LG OLED65B9 a motorový držák vogels Next 7356 (oboje u Vás). Při instalaci držáku jsem narazil na problém s napájením onoho, neboť na zadní straně TV není žádný vstup pro napájení. Držák jsem tedy standardně připojil do sítě, ale tento se mi nedaří "oživit" a ani aplikace ne jeho ovládání jej "nevidí". Je nutné mít zapojené oba napájecí kabely? Jak při běžném napojení do sítě držák rozpozná zapnutí/vypnutí TV? Děkuji za odpověď.
