Molekulární vodík ano, ale vzhledem k velmi malé elektrické vodivosti čisté vody bude vznikat v malém množství. Vodík je plyn, část se ho rozpustí ve vodě, zbytek bez užitku vyprchá v momentě otevření lahve. Popisek dále tvrdí, že tento vodík má v podstatě zázračné účinky úplně na všechno, což není pravda a jedná se o klamavou reklamu. Jediná pravda tak je, že vodík může působit v těle jako antioxidant. Ovšem vzhledem k nízkému množství ve vodě bude účinek prakticky nulový. Pokud chcete antioxidanty, jezte ovoce, nebo si v lékárně kupte vitamin C. Tento výrobek nemůže mít na lidské zdraví reálně žádný dopad, ani pozitivní, ani negativní.
