Dobrý den, před týdnem mi došel tablet. Po rozbalení jsem zjistil, že krabice neobsahuje náhradní hroty. Chtěl bych se tedy zeptat, zda-li vůbec má balení náhradní hroty obsahovat, nebo se jedná o chybu při balení zásilky. Pokud se o chybu nejedná, dají se u Vás náhradní hroty koupit ? Předem děkuji za odpověď.
