Create, edit, organize and share all your data with your coworkers wherever you are located. WD My Cloud Data Storage is a business solution that you can always rely on. Its 1.6GHz Intel Pentium N3710 quad core processor and 4GB of RAM ensures smooth running. Everything runs on My Cloud OS. Inside there are four 3.5" slots and two HDDs with a SATA III interface in a 2× 4TB configuration.

Wide range of uses

WD Sync lets you sync data from all computers that run on Windows 7 or OS X 10.8 (Mountaint Lion) or higher. You can access your data from anywhere via the MyCloud.com web interface or the My Cloud mobile application; you only need an Internet connection. If you access the NAS from your computer, you can use the current version of the most commonly used browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, or Safari. For seamless video streaming, the end device must support DLNA/UPnP.

Simple copying and data protection

With three USB 3.0 ports you can connect an external disk or flash drive and, with a single button back up all of your content to My Cloud. There is also compatibility with the exFAT file system, so you can copy all the content from a digital camera or other media device in the same way. With the ability to connect to RAID and with 256 bit AES encryption of the entire drive, your data will always be safe.

My Cloud OS will make life easier

The My Cloud OS operating system provides reliable device operation, a simple overview of its status, of stored content, and administration of user accounts and individual permissions. It is also worth mentioning the mobile device status alerts, so for example, you can be informed immediately in the event of a power outage. There's also the ability to back up content to Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive cloud storage.

My Cloud Apps deliver a toolkit and application package to simplify day to day business data across all of your devices. Individual applications are available through My Cloud NAS, so you can choose the ones you need.

There are, for example, well known applications such as Wordpress and Joomla! for managing web content or phpMyAdmin for working with MySQL databases. In addition, Dropbox will link your cloud storage to WD My Cloud with the same name, including automatic content synchronization, and WD Antivirus Essentials, which provides antivirus protection for the entire WD My Cloud storage.
