Five Sensors to Detect Air Quality
The Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 has five sensors: a humidity sensor, a temperature sensor, a dust sensor, and sensors that detect the presence of fine and ultrafine particles in the air with a diameter of less than 1 micron. It provides information about the monitoring results and indoor air quality via an intuitive colour LED display.
Effective Five-Layer Filter in the Xiaomi Purifier
The five-layer composite purification system of the Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 consists of a primary filter that captures dust and hair, followed by a highly effective Xiaomi filter designed to remove smoke and pollen particles as small as 0.3 microns. The next filter layer is porous activated carbon, which absorbs and neutralises formaldehyde and a mixture of volatile organic compounds, while also removing pet and household odours. The fourth filter is a UV-C light field that effectively removes bacteria and viruses. The fifth layer releases fresh negative ions into the air for a fresher feel. A major advantage is the long filter life, which lasts 6 to 12 months depending on the specific conditions.
Compatible with the Xiaomi Home App
The Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 is compatible with the Xiaomi Home app, which allows you to monitor air quality, schedule on/off times and check the filter life remotely. The purifier also supports voice control.
