Thermal printing is used mainly in a commercial environment, such as shops, warehouses and various kinds of hospitality service. The printing speed up to 220 mm/s reduces waiting time even for long receipts. After the receipt has been printed, the cutter automatically cuts it off. The Japanese head will keep the device operational for many years. RS-232 or a universal USB port is available for connection, so the printer can work with older and new cashier systems.
