Dobrý deň, poprosím vás o radu. Kupil som si a nainštaloval zabezpečovačku Xtendlan ids-cs118-kid. Vyskytli sa mi dva problémy. Prvý je ten, že mi neprichádzajú poplachové SMS, pri poplachu príde iba hovor napriek tomu, že som povolil pri poplachu aj hovor aj SMS. Druhý problém - pri inštalácii do aplikácie sa mi nainštalovala zabezpečovačka iba do jedného telefónu. Keď som dal inštalovať zabezpečovačku aj do druhého telefónu tak táto sa síce do druhého nainštalovala, ale z prvého telefónu zmizla. Nebude problém v tom, že som použil dve rozdielne aplikácie a to Tuya a Smart Life? Ďakujem za odpoveď. Miro.

Dobrý den, mohu mít několik dotazů? ukazuje prosím v aplikaci vybitou baterii v senzorech? Lze odemykat alarm i klávesnicí (nikoliv klíčenkou nebo aplikací)? Pokud ano, lze mít klávesnici uvnitř střežené místnosti a alarm by se spustil až se zpožděním, pokud by včas nedošlo k odkódování? Díky!

IDS-CS118 Zabezpečovací ústředna, hledám, jak donutit ústřednu, aby mi na zadaná telefonní čísla poslala hlášení o stavu aktivity čidel. To musí na všech telefonech být spoštěna aplikace Tuya? Děkuji Petr Bělousov, [email protected]
