Dobrý den, nemáte na stránkách žádny email tak to zkusím takto. Mám od Vás zařízení XYZprinting da Vinci Pro. Mám ucpanou trysku a potřeboval bych novou. Lze u vás zakoupit? Potřebuji nutně tisknout a dost na to spěchám. Celý den jsem na cestách tak se k vám nemohu zastavit. Děkuji

Dobrý den, jaké jsou rozdíly mezi tímto modelem a modelemXYZprinting da Vinci 1.0 Pro 3 in 1. Jakým způsobem jsou u těchto tiskáren řešeny náplně? Musí se kupovat originální kazeta, nebo se šňůra přemotává? Je menu v češtině? Obě tiskárny obsahují scaner, je skenování přesné, nebo je lepší dokoupit ruční scaner? Děkuji, Beránek
