The fully discrete power amplifiers with independent power supply minimize distortion and offer extremely high performance with clear reproduction. With emphasis on the highest possible sound quality, internal vibrations were also suppressed. The YAMAHA HTR-4072 black AV receiver will transmit 4K Ultra HD with HDCP 2.2, HDR10, HLG, Dolby Vision and BT.2020 through HDMI input.

The Virtual Presence Speaker function delivers three-dimensional sound without the actual use of presence speakers.

This device supports the latest HDMI standards including 4K video transfer at 60 frames per second (pass-through only). It fully recognizes HDCP 2.2, the latest copyright standard. It also manages the wider colour gamut BT.2020 (pass-through) and, of course, 3D video. The new feature of the series is support for HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision. The Back Audio (HDMI ARC) then makes it easy to connect the YAMAHA HTR-4072 to the TV with a single HDMI cable through which the audio from the TV is transferred to the receiver.

MusicCast takes the headache out of multi-room audio. Simply connect all MusicCast devices to the same network and start sharing audio throughout the home. Playback is controlled by an easy application. You can put the YAMAHA HTR-4072 Receiver first in the living room as the main entertainment room, and gradually add MusicCast speakers, soundbars or HiFi components to other rooms. With wireless connectivity, you don't have to worry about cords everywhere.
