The device supports the latest HDMI standards to give you the best sound quality.  The receiver can handle 3D video and Audio Return Channel, which carries over backwards sound from the TV through a single HDMI cable. The connection is compatible with HDCP 2.2 It is thus fully in line with the latest standards.  Another advantage of HDMI CEC functions is if the device is connected to a CEC compatible TV, for example, you can set on and off with the TV or change the volume with a single remote.

The receiver offers a range of networking features that allows you to access jut about anything device.  Built-in WiFi to connect to the router, which greatly simplifies the network audio sources (PC / NAS), gives you the ability to listen to Internet radio stations or from online services such as Pandora and Spotify. If the WiFi router is not available, Direct Wireless can stream music directly from your smartphone or tablet through the application of AV Controller App. AV Controller (iTunes or Google Play) allows you to control various functions from your iPod, iPhone, iPad or Android phone or tablet.

Central music coverage

The MusicCast mobile application lets you access your digital music library, streaming music from online services, Internet radio, Bluetooth devices, the TV sound and all the external sources connected to the receiver, such as Blu-ray discs or disc players. MusicCast also bring music wirelessly to any room in your home. With MusicCast you can add a speaker soundbar or other HiFi components.
