This device supports the latest HDMI standards, including the transmission of 4K video at 60 frames per second (only pass-through). Fully HDCP mean is 2.2, which is the latest standard for copyright protection. The Titanium also manages a wider color gamut, BT.2020 (pass-through), and of course handles a 3D video signal. The Back Audio (HDMI ARC) makes it easy to connect the YAMAHA RX-V583 to the TV via a single HDMI cable through which the sound from the TV is supplied to the receiver.
