Zalman ZM-SHE350

The Zalman ZM-SHE350 is an external box for 2.5" SATA drives that offers advanced security features and a keypad. Maximum Security Level

You can choose a 4-8-digit PIN code, which means you will have more than several tens of millions of numeric combinations to choose from. You will be guided by five LEDs when setting up a new password, changing the PIN, or unlocking the drive. Even if you lose it or someone steals it, you can be sure that nobody gets to the data. The external box Zalman ZM-SHE350 encrypts the data on your disk in such a way that the data can not be read even if the disc is inserted into another box.

If the box is physically damaged, you can still recover the data using a combination of the product serial number and the correct password. If the user forgets the password, data recovery is no longer possible.

USB 3.0 Connector

Fast data transfer is provided by a USB 3.0 connector, which offers up to 10 times higher transfer rates in comparison with the older 2.0 version. Of course, the external box has a backward compatibility with USB 2.0. Included in the package are a high-quality USB 3.0 cable and a protective case. Take mne zajima zda pri praci s timto harddiskem je mozne aby byl nakazen virem nebo vir pres aes 256 neprojde?
