Reliability and quiet run

Nepřijde mi to jako standartní chování, ale vždy když přepojím/připojím nějaký konektor ke zdroji, například nový PCIE kabel, nebo nový molex kabel, tak mi zdroj po zapnutí vždy napoprvé vyhodí pojistky. Jakmile je zapnu, tak již přepínač pojistky nevyhodí. Dělá to vždy jen poprvé a pouze když zdroj před výměnou vypnu a pak zapnu. Je to na reklamaci, nebo je to "normální" ?
