This slicing knife is designed to easily cut anything to slices and thin strips or strings.

Knives from the Gourmet series are exceptional for many reasons. They are made of the finest stainless steel whose quality in the manufacture of each knife is controlled by a laser. The blade and the part that extends into the handle are made of one piece by Sigmaforge technologies guaranteeing perfect geometry of each piece. The knife is then hardened by FRIODUR technology, which is based on frost curing, making the steel harder and more durable, so the blades stay sharp longer and are resistant to corrosion.
