ZyXEL GS-108B is a reliable and powerful switch in the desktop version. With a non-blocking architecture switchovací in full-duplex mode can reach a maximum speed of up to 2000 Mbps on a single port; the Store-and-Forward provides packet transmission with low latency and error-free. The use of these features means a dramatic increase in the transmission rate. It offers 8 ports, allowing you to connect up to eight computers. Most Ethernet switches powers all ports regardless of the status of connected computers - by contrast the ZyXEL GS-108B supports intelligent technology that monitors the status of computers on each port and adjusts their power. Unlike other switches, the GS-108B detects the actual cable length on each port and improves supply (usually determined by the longest power cable). ZyXEL GS-108B supports not only reliable but also economical.
