A security gateway from the latest Zyxel firewall line representing industry-class devices providing integrated and comprehensive security for small organisations. It offers the perfect solution especially in small businesses without a dedicated IT department where the security issue is a big challenge. Allows continuous Internet access via backup WAN ports and 3G USB modem connectivity options. It also offers state-of-the-art firewalls (SPI), antivirus, IDP (intrusion detection and prevention), content filter, antispam and VPN (IPSec/SSL). This multilayer security kit protects organisations, intellectual assets, and critical resources against internal and external threats.
The ZyWALL USG 210 is built on a completely new platform with an integrated processor that deserves faster packet control. A content filter with the ability to set the protection level ensures real-time data control during operation . It ensures that all data passing through the network is properly checked and dangerous data blocked, without damaging data bandwidth and application speeds (such as file downloads, email, data retrieval). The device also protects the network from the risks of virus infection and other Internet threats.
A very useful feature to keep the productivity of your employees is content filtering that gives you control over which sites your employees can visit and work to do and sites that do not relate to business activities, or block sites with malicious firewall content. It also boasts the exclusive ZyXEL IntelliEnergy Green Technology, which automatically detects network traffic, monitors device status and temperature, and adjusts power consumption accordingly . This "green technology" reduces energy consumption by up to 80%!
