The Ninja AE1051EU AutoBarista Pro is an automatic coffee machine for espresso, filter coffee and Cold Brew. It offers 13 one-touch drink programmes: Espresso, Americano, Lungo, Caffè Crema, Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, Cortado, Café au Lait, Filter Coffee, Iced Latte, Cold Brew, Cold Pressed and Hot Water. FrothPerfect has 5 modes: Steamed Milk, Thin Froth, Thick Froth, Extra-Thick Froth and Cold Foam. You can save your favourite settings to two profiles. The removable parts are dishwasher-safe. Two interchangeable bean hoppers are included, each with a 340g capacity.

The coffee machine includes a total of 13 drink programmes that you can start with a single touch. Choose from coffee, milk-based drinks and cold options. In addition to espresso, the machine also prepares filter coffee and a quick Cold Brew. Hot Water is also available for making tea. The menu includes:

AutoBarista Technology – Automatic grinding, weighing and coffee preparation
AutoBarista Technology automatically controls the grinding, weighing and preparation of your coffee. The automatic coffee machine adjusts the settings to your chosen beans and drink, so you don't need any barista skills to make your coffee. This automation also includes milk frothing with FrothPerfect. The individual parts of the system ensure the right grind size, dose, temperature and pressure:
- Grind iQ Technology – automatically selects the appropriate grind size from 50 settings based on the coffee beans
- Integrated scale – precise coffee dosing by weight
- Calibrated Brewing Technology – optimises temperature and pressure for a balanced taste
- Automatic tamper – evenly tamps the ground coffee for full flavour and aroma
Coffee machine with smooth microfoam and five FrothPerfect modes
FrothPerfect automatically froths and steams milk for a smooth, creamy microfoam with tiny bubbles. The AE1051EU coffee machine's technology works with both milk and plant-based alternatives and doesn't require manual frothing. For hot and cold drinks, you can choose to heat the milk or select a different foam density. All 5 preset modes are available:
- Steamed Milk – heats milk
- Thin Froth – light foam
- Thick Froth – dense foam
- Extra-Thick Froth – extra-dense foam
- Cold Foam – cold foam
Interchangeable hoppers and two personal profiles
The coffee machine includes two removable hoppers, each holding 340g of beans, which you can easily swap depending on your chosen coffee. Save your favourite settings to two user profiles so you don't have to set them up again. You can create hundreds of your own coffee drinks by combining settings. These options complement the customisation and preparation:
- Saved settings – coffee strength, drink size, temperature, milk type and foam style
- Two user profiles for a total of 26 drinks
- Brew Two – two espressos prepared at the same time
- Pre-ground option – prepare from pre-ground coffee
Ninja AE1051EU AutoBarista Pro – Cleaning and maintenance
All removable parts of the Ninja coffee machine are dishwasher-safe. The thermally insulated steam wand automatically rinses itself after heating and frothing milk to remove residue. Its outer surface just needs to be wiped with a damp cloth. The coffee machine's cleanliness is also maintained by automatic rinses when switching on and off. Maintenance includes:
- Dishwasher-safe parts – drip tray, milk jug, bean hoppers and coffee grounds container
- Automatic rinse – removes used coffee from the integrated brewing basket
- Internal fan – ventilation between uses and automatic drying of the coffee machine's interior
