Extended Warranty of up to 5 Years
Trust offers an extended warranty of 5 years in total for the FERRO mouse. The statutory two-year period (claimable at Alza.cz) is thus extended by a further 3 years directly with the manufacturer. The claim process is simple via the Trust customer portal, where you can request a repair, replacement or a suitable alternative. The claim is easy and is processed exclusively via the Trust customer portal:
- Visit the Trust technical support website (support.trust.com)
- Select “My product is defective”.
- Click on the link “Submit a ticket on Trust Support.”
- Fill in the electronic form displayed.
- The company will then contact you and offer a repair, replacement or a suitable alternative product.
