The wireless mouse can be paired with up to three devices simultaneously. You have dual connectivity at your disposal – 2× Bluetooth and 1× 2.4GHz. With the Trust VYRAN, you can quickly switch between 3 connected devices, regardless of whether you are working on Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS. The wireless mouse excels in full compatibility and maximum flexibility. Button functionality may vary across different supported operating systems. macOS lacks native support for side buttons.
Extended warranty of up to 5 years
Trust offers an extended 5-year warranty for the VYRAN mouse. The statutory two-year period (applicable via Alza.co.uk) is thus extended by an additional 3 years directly with the manufacturer. Claims are handled simply via the Trust customer portal, where you can request a repair, replacement, or a suitable alternative. The claims process is easy and is handled exclusively via the Trust customer portal:
- Visit the Trust technical support website (support.trust.com)
- Select "My product is defective".
- Click on the link "Submit a ticket on Trust Support."
- Fill in the electronic form displayed.
- The company will then contact you and offer either a repair, replacement, or a suitable product alternative.
