Digital mixing console with XCVI DSP and 96kHz frequency for variable use
The Allen & Heath Qu-5 is a 96 kHz sampling rate digital mixing console that builds on the Qu-16 format and expands it with an advanced and powerful XCVI DSP core for even lower system latency. Improvements also include a new effects unit and Everything I/O interface for flexible system integration. The Qu-5 offers intuitive operation with a large capacitive display and variable use in the studio, on stage, in podcasts and on the radio. The device can also be controlled remotely via the Qu-MixPad and Qu-You apps.

The new Qu-5 series brings a number of hardware improvements without compromising the design of the previous generation:

The console offers versatile recording and playback options - integrated 32×32 USB-C audio interface, 32-channel multi-track support (SD card) and simple stereo recording. Playback is provided by the USB-A port.

The Allen & Heath Qu series was popular for its simple and fast operation, especially among technicians transitioning from analogue consoles. The new generation retains the familiar structure but expands it with four more fully configurable layers, more SoftKey buttons, more flexible signal routing and a modernized user interface.

The Slink network port allows you to connect Qu Series mixers to Everything I/O expanders. The system can also be connected to other Allen & Heath consoles and use up to 128×128 channels at 96 kHz for direct patching.

For the first time, DEEP Processing technology, known from the Allen & Heath dLive platform, is integrated into the Qu series. Allows you to use dynamic and effect tools directly on channels without external plugins.

Integrated 32-channel automatic microphone mix (AMM) offers flexible use- Allen & Heath Qu-5 is suitable for conferences, panel discussions or TV production - without the need for an external DSP processor.
