Regularly alternating between sitting and standing also promotes natural movement and better blood circulation, which your body will appreciate during long hours at the desk. Although most of us sit while working, the ability to easily change your working position brings significantly greater comfort throughout the day.
Includes a Bamboo Top with Rounded Corners
The AlzaErgo Table ET1 Essential height-adjustable desk comes with an AlzaErgo tabletop measuring 140 × 80 × 1.9cm, which is made of lacquered bamboo wood. This natural material excels in high strength, long life, and natural durability. At the same time, thanks to its fine grain and warm shade, it gives the workspace a modern and pleasantly cosy look. The corners of the top are also rounded (R30), which contributes to greater safety and a more elegant appearance. Additionally, the lacquered surface ensures easy maintenance and long-term durability during daily use. The top is not pre-drilled, but screws are included in the package, so you can handle the assembly with common tools (e.g., a screwdriver, a tape measure, and possibly a cordless drill for pre-drilling holes).

You can easily change the position of the AlzaErgo Table ET1 Essential using the push-button control panel with a display showing the current height and other additional information. The desk includes a practical timer to remind you to change your working position, allowing you to fully dedicate yourself to your work while ensuring regular movement. There is also a memory function to save three of your most-used heights. You only need to set the manual height once, save it, and you won't have to worry about it during future changes. You can also choose between units (centimetres or inches).

An essential safety feature is the anti-collision system with 8 levels of adjustable sensitivity, which helps prevent accidents and damage to your equipment. Furthermore, the detection sensitivity can be set separately for upward and downward movement, so you can easily adapt the desk's behaviour to your needs and the surrounding space.
