The AlzaErgo Table ET7 Heavy Duty height-adjustable desk is supplied with an AlzaErgo tabletop measuring 160 × 80 × 1.9cm and a load capacity of 150kg, made from varnished bamboo wood. This natural material excels in its high strength, long life, and natural durability, while its fine grain and warm hue lend a modern and pleasantly cosy feel to the workspace. The corners of the top are also rounded (R30), which contributes to greater safety and a more elegant look. The top is not pre-drilled, but screws are included in the package, and you can handle the assembly with common tools (e.g., a screwdriver, a tape measure, and optionally a cordless drill for pre-drilling the holes).

There is a memory for storing three height positions—each has its own button on the panel, with two marked with sitting and standing icons for quick reference. So you don't have to rack your brain trying to remember which position you saved where; the icons will reliably tell you which button is for standing and which is for sitting.

Smooth height adjustment is handled by four synchronised motors (one in each leg). They ensure not only even movement and high stability, but also reliable performance under heavy loads. It also features an anti-collision system that promptly stops movement upon contact with an obstacle. You can set the sensitivity of this system to three levels or turn it off completely. With lower sensitivity, more force is needed to activate it, and conversely, with higher sensitivity, less force is required to activate the anti-collision system.

The well-thought-out workspace solution is complemented by a mesh cable organiser attached with hooks under the desktop. It serves to neatly store the cabling from the desk and other connected equipment.
