Our AlzaPower Onyx power bank will amaze you with its facilities. It has capacity of 20,000 mAh and supports a total of 8 fast charging protocols- PD 3.0, QC 3.0, BC 1.2, AFC, Huawei FCP, SFCP, MTK PE and Apple 2.4 A. It offers a total power of up to 18 W (9 V / 2 A) and simultaneously charges three devices simultaneously, using two USB-A ports and a combined USB-C. Zdravím, dnes mi prišla, po stlačení tlačidla svietili len tri led na bielo, tak som ju dal nabíjať pomocou SOLIGHT DC71 -Output 1,2:DC 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A, 12V/1.67A, 20W max... ale pri nabíjaní svietila prvá LED na zeleno a dve na bielo a posledná blikala.. zdroj sa veľmi zahrieval a aj power banka vo vrchnej časti, ako sú konektory. Momentálne rovnaký scenár ale LED prvá svieti na zeleno, dve svietia na bielo a posledná bliká, používam APPLE 30W usb C nabíjačku, hreje sa ale zatiaľ nie tak veľmi. Aká je vhodná nabíjačka pre rýchle nabitie power banky ? A kedy viem, že je to nabité ? Keď budú všetky LED svietiť na zeleno ?

Dobrý den, omlouvám se, že se ptám teď zrovna o vánočních svátcích. Powerbanku jsem dostala k Vánocům a vše bylo v pořádku, dokud jsem ji nešla nabít. Když se ji snažím nabít přes micro usb (+ 74 wattový adaptér) které bylo v balení, powerbanka sice ukazuje, že se nabíjí, ale za celou noc (9 hodin) se ani trochu nenabila. Když však zapojím usb-c kabel podporující rychlonabíjení do stejného adaptéru, powerbanka ani neukazuje, že by se nabíjela. Mám zkusit nějaké jiné nabíječky, nebo je to prostě nějaká chyba a je potřeba zboží reklamovat? Děkuji Vám předem za odpověď a hezké svátky.
