The SoftSteam function lets you add steam during baking, which is particularly beneficial when preparing pastries, bread or meat. The steam promotes even rising of the dough, prevents it from drying out and contributes to a better crust texture and colour. Temperature stability is ensured by the ThermoControl system, which continuously monitors and regulates the internal conditions in the oven. This prevents temperature fluctuations that could negatively affect the baking result, and ensures dishes are baked evenly throughout the oven.
Automatic programmes and rapid preheating
The touch-sensitive LED display offers clear controls and access to 19 preset programmes that automatically set the time and temperature according to the type of food being prepared. This simplifies baking without the need for complex settings and reduces the risk of errors. The rapid preheat function uses a combination of the grill, circular heating element and fan, which means the oven reaches a temperature of 150°C in approximately 3 minutes. This feature is practical for everyday cooking and when preparing multiple courses in a row.
Comfort, safety and easy maintenance
Telescopic runners with a STOP function allow you to safely pull out the baking tray even when it is fully loaded, making it easier to handle hot dishes. The SoftClose system automatically slows the door down as it closes, reducing noise and mechanical stress. The triple-glazed door, along with the cooling system, limits the heating of the outer surface. Catalytic panels on the side and rear walls break down grease at high temperatures and significantly reduce the need for manual cleaning, and the panels can be replaced if necessary.
