ARAVEN PP GN 1/3 65 mm, 2.5 l, transparent, airtight
The double airtight seal on the lid of the ARAVEN PP GN 1/3, 65mm, 2.5L transparent gastronorm container improves its airtightness, preserving food better. The lid has a channel that allows some of the air inside the container to be expelled, which reduces food oxidation and extends its shelf life by up to 25%. It has a special tab for easy opening. The lid is made of LDPE, a more flexible material that allows a proper fit to the base. The handle on the lid makes opening the airtight container easier. The airtight GastroNorm container from Araven also includes colour clips for better food management and an improved IML traceability system.

Gastronorm container functions
The special design of the ARAVEN PP GN 1/3, 65mm, 2.5L transparent airtight gastronorm container prevents dirt build-up and makes cleaning easier. The airtight lid is equipped with a channel that allows partial air extraction from inside the GN, reducing food oxidation and extending its shelf life by up to 25%. Seven colour clips make it easy to manage food in the kitchen based on different criteria, such as food type, day of the week, work area, etc. Double hermetic seals provide complete food protection. The permanent label lets chefs identify the contents and record origin information, which helps to comply with food traceability regulations (Reg (EC) 852/2004 and (EC) 178/2002).
