ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 280 Pro A-RGB Black
The ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 280 Pro A-RGB liquid cooler in black is a comprehensive AIO solution for dissipating heat from high-performance Intel processors with LGA1700 and LGA1851 sockets, as well as AMD processors with AM4 and AM5 sockets. The system efficiently cools the CPU through the synergy of three elements: a radiator, a water block with an integrated fan for the power delivery system, and specific mounting mechanisms for each platform. Integrated cable management within the braided hoses simplifies installation and contributes to a clean look inside the PC case.
Key features of the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 280 Pro A-RGB liquid cooler, black
- Integrated fan actively cools the motherboard's power delivery system
- Thick radiator increases coolant volume and thermal capacity
- Includes a contact frame for Intel sockets
- Offset mount optimises contact with the hotspot on AMD processors
- Two P14 Pro A-RGB fans create high static pressure
- All cabling is routed inside the braided hoses
Triple cooling system
The core of the cooler is a thick radiator, which holds a larger volume of coolant than standard versions and thus better absorbs sudden temperature spikes. Efficiency is further enhanced by an integrated fan that specifically cools the power delivery system on the motherboard. For Intel processors, the package also includes a special contact frame that prevents processor deformation and creates uniform pressure across the entire surface of the heat spreader.
Performance and easy installation
Two P14 Pro fans handle the airflow through the radiator's dense fin stack. These A-RGB-backlit fans achieve high static pressure and airflow. Assembling the entire cooler is made easier by the pre-installed fans and integrated cable management, where all PWM and A-RGB cables are hidden within the hose braiding and connected by a single connector.
Control and compatibility of the liquid cooler
The ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 280 Pro A-RGB liquid cooler in black supports mounting on Intel LGA1700, LGA1851 and AMD AM4, AM5 sockets. For the AMD platform, the system uses an offset mount that shifts the contact surface directly over the processor's hotspot. The user has the choice between two methods of speed control. You can either control all components synchronously with a single PWM signal, or you can manage them independently using the included splitter. ARCTIC MX-6 thermal paste is also included.
