The Arctic P14 Pro PST fan is designed for applications requiring high static pressure, such as mounting on water-cooling radiators or in positions with dense dust filters. Its design strikes a balance between high performance and quiet operation. With an airflow of 110 CFM and a static pressure of 5.2 mmH2O, it effectively cools even components with restrictive airflow. The fan speed is regulated between 400 and 2500 rpm, and it switches to a passive zero-rpm mode when the PWM signal drops below 5%.
A high static pressure of 5.2 mmH2O effectively pushes air through dense radiator fins and dust filters. The redesigned blade design, along with minimal gaps between the blades and the frame, increases airflow efficiency. This allows the fan to maintain a focused airstream with minimal turbulence and achieve a high airflow of 110 CFM while keeping operational noise low.
Smooth, vibration-free operation is ensured by automated dual-plane rotor balancing, which applies balancing mass with high precision. The fluid dynamic bearing with an extended shaft improves pressure distribution, thereby reducing friction and operational noise. An integrated SOTA microcontroller further reduces motor noise, compensates for load fluctuations, and protects it from damage.
The fan connector uses PST (PWM Sharing Technology), which allows multiple fans to be connected in series. This means you can control and synchronise the speed of an entire group of fans using a single 4-pin PWM header on the motherboard. This simplifies cable management and unifies cooling performance throughout the case. The connection is made easy by a 400mm cable and an additional 80mm cable for daisy-chaining.
