The ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 5070 Ti O16G is a graphics card based on the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture with a GB203 chip. The card has 16GB of GDDR7 memory clocked at 28GHz, connected via a 256-bit bus. The base GPU frequency is set to 2300MHz, with a Boost mode of up to 2625MHz. Advanced cooling system
The card's cooling system combines a vapour chamber with a phase-change thermal pad on the GPU, which effectively fills the gaps between the chip and the cooling module when heated for optimal heat dissipation. Three axial-tech fans with dual ball bearings ensure powerful airflow, with the side fans rotating in the opposite direction to reduce turbulence. The fans stop at temperatures below 50°C, ensuring silent operation. MaxContact technology increases the contact area with the GPU heat spreader. A shortened PCB with large ventilation openings promotes heat dissipation and reduces performance loss due to heat.
Durable construction and stable power
The card's power is managed by digital control with high-current power stages and 15K capacitors, which provide stable performance even when overclocking. A protective coating on the PCB protects against short circuits caused by moisture or debris. Auto-Extreme technology enables all soldering to be completed in a single pass, which reduces thermal stress on components. ASUS GPU Guard reinforces all four corners of the GPU, reducing the risk of cracking. The mounting bracket is made of stainless steel for high strength and corrosion resistance.
Support for modern graphics technologies
The card features fourth-generation Ray Tracing Cores and fifth-generation Tensor Cores that support AI calculations. DLSS 4.0 technology brings Multi Frame Generation, which increases frame rates, while NVIDIA Reflex 2 with Frame Warp reduces latency based on current mouse inputs. The ninth-generation NVIDIA Encoder accelerates video exporting in professional applications. NVIDIA G-SYNC support ensures smooth, tear-free visuals. The card is compatible with NVIDIA Broadcast technologies for stream enhancement and RTX Video Super Resolution, which improves video quality in browsers.
