The Amio earthing switch disconnector allows easy and quick disconnection of the circuit by unscrewing the safety nut. Protects against accidental battery discharge. Prevents unwanted use, anti-theft protection. Ideal for use on yachts, cars, caravans and other vehicles. Equipped with rotary disconnect port. Do not exceed the maximum forward current of 300 A, as the circuit breaker may be damaged. Do not use the earth switch to switch off the power when the battery is actively charging or the engine is running, as this could damage the vehicle's electrical system. Polarity is at the minus pole.

Instructions for use:
Make sure the engine is switched off. You will find the battery poles positive (+) and negative (-). The earth switch is connected to the negative (-) terminal of the battery. Turn on the ground switch. Check that the earth switch is blocking the current flow correctly. You can do this by trying to turn on the lights or the radio. If the vehicle is not going to be used for a long period of time, switch off the earth switch to prevent the battery from running down.
Installation:
Before installing or operating the earthing switch, make sure that the vehicle is disconnected from the mains to avoid the risk of electric shock.
