The HECHT oil-free twin-engine compressor with a suction power of 528 l/min is very quiet and, because it does not contain an oil cartridge, oil droplets cannot penetrate into the compressed air. This is a great advantage, for example, when using a spray gun, where the oil can contaminate the paint and make the spraying less effective. The compressor is driven by a 230 V / 50 Hz electric motor. The compressor is very quiet. The real noise is comparable to the volume of a conversation between two people. In the garage or workshop, you may not even notice that the compressor is on. On the one hand, the presence of oil in the compressor facilitates the maintenance associated with checking, refilling and changing oil in conventional oil compressors, while at the same time oil cannot penetrate into the air. With oil compressors, a smaller or larger amount of oil can enter the pressurized air at any time, which can be undesirable.
