The Baofeng WP970i is a waterproof and dustproof dual-band two-way radio. It is suitable not only for radio amateurs, but especially for users who work outdoors in the rain or in dusty factories and on construction sites. Thanks to its VHF/UHF coverage, it can also be used as a scanner. The radio has 128 memory channels and operates on VHF 130–180MHz and UHF 400–520MHz frequencies. The 1800mAh battery capacity, combined with a power-saving mode, offers you an extremely long operating time without recharging. The device has a built-in FM radio that automatically mutes when a call is received on the monitored frequency.
