You can choose from several baking functions—air frying for healthy cooking with minimal fat, top and bottom heating elements, top heating element, bottom heating element, fermentation, and drying fruit and vegetables. You can then individually set the temperature and time for each function. If you want to select the convection oven function, simply press the CONVECTION button repeatedly to choose between a convection oven with normal fan operation or a convection oven with increased fan power.

The included accessories also give you plenty of options. Grill a whole chicken or a substantial piece of meat on the rotisserie. A shallow tray is included, which you can use not only for preparing food but also for catching juices and fat from food.
