Dobrý deň prajem. Tlačiareň som si u Vás zakúpil 11.23 a neustále, opakovane sa z nej nedá tlačiť. Je pripojená na Wifi, používame ju na 2 ntb. Pri kontrole pripojenia na tlačiarni je všetko ok. Pri vybratí tlačiarne v ntb pri tlači je všetko ok, ale ten papier nevyjde a napíše mi chybovú hlášku chyba tlače. Je tisíckrát reštartovaná tlačiareň samotná, tisíckrát resetované pripojenie s wifi a to isté robíme s 2 ntb. S čím je prosím Vás problém? Neviem sa dočítať o tom na internete. Je to IP adresa? Mám jej ju nejak stanoviť? Ďakujem za ochotu
