Canon PowerShot SX720 HS Red Travel Kit
The SX series is renowned for its small and lightweight body and enormous zoom lens. The successor of the SX710 model follows in the same footsteps. Its main innovation is the huge redesigned 40x optical zoom lens, allowing you to get closer to faraway subjects. This is to ensure that you will not miss any sporting achievements or cultural events, even when you are far away from them. The zoom will always take you to where all the action is. This model comes with a handy case and a tripod.
Key features
- A small, lightweight camera with 40x optical zoom
- Intelligent stabiliser for sharp pictures and movies even when using the full zoom
- Fast and accurate 0.11s autofocus and high-speed 5.9fps sustained continuous shooting (until the memory card is full)
- Creative photography with full manual exposure control
- MF Peaking aid for clear outlines
- Realistic Full HD 60fps recording with one touch of the Movie Record Button
- Easy connection, sharing, and backup (WiFi + NFC)
- A case and a tripod included in the package
Built-in stabilisation
The camera features numerous functions for its effective use, but the most crucial feature is the sophisticated optical stabiliser, which intelligently adapts to the scene and includes a specific powered image stabilisation mode for steady shooting in low light, while in motion, or when using the long zoom - the IS counteracts all camera shake.
Keep your subject in the frame
Keep track of distant subjects and enjoy optimal framing at high zoom using advanced Zoom Framing Assist, which intelligently adjusts the zoom level to keep the subject in the frame. Just press the button and the Zoom Framing Assist quickly zooms out, allowing you to find the object. Then release the button again to zoom in.
Captures every moment
Do not miss a thing. Capture every spontaneous moment with fast, accurate 0.11s autofocus. One shot is not enough? In that case, why not try the high speed 5.9fps sustained continuous shooting? Or you can effortlessly shoot realistic Full HD 60fps movies in MP4 format with just one touch of the Movie Record Button. Record incredibly steady movie footage at full zoom, when panning or on the move with 5-axis Advanced Dynamic IS to counteract camera shake and Auto Level to ensure straight horizons.
