The Smart Hybrid Hammer Action Celviano Edition keyboard, made from a combination of wood and resin, makes you feel like you're playing a classic grand piano. The white keys imitate ivory, while the black keys have a texture similar to ebony. It also offers transposition and temperament tuning, with a choice of 17 tuning systems. A classic three-pedal unit is included. The piano is equipped with a 2-channel sound system with 4 speakers and a display for a clear overview of the current settings.

The string resonance of the piano is expertly modelled, achieving maximum authenticity through the simulation of mechanical sounds (Mechanical Sound System). You'll be captivated by the transfer of expressive details and smooth tonal changes that respond to your playing style. You can also switch between 4 levels of tonal change, corresponding to the grand piano lid being open, closed, or in intermediate positions (Lid Simulator). The Lossless Audio Compression function guarantees beautiful and expressive piano tones.

The Casio AP 550 digital piano includes a wide range of options to bring your playing to life. It comes with 26 sound tones, up to 256-note polyphony and digital effects (4× hall, 4× chorus, 8× reverb, 2× surround, 7× brilliance, hammer response simulation, pedal press simulation, and open lid sound simulation). The Volume Sync Equalizer function ensures a balanced sound across all frequencies, even when playing the piano at low volume.
Offers various connectivity options
It also features a 1-track / 1-song MIDI recorder. You can expand the memory with 10 user songs. Audio can be recorded to a USB flash drive (WAV format, max. 99 songs, max. file length of 25 minutes). The internal audio memory has a capacity of 18 minutes, and 60 demo songs are included for inspiration. The Instant RePlayer audio recorder captures the last 270 seconds of your playing, allowing for instant playback to check your skills. A lesson function is also included. The piano can be connected to a PC via USB and has Bluetooth connectivity and a headphone output with a specially tuned mode.

Using the included WU-BT10 Audio/MIDI adapter, you can wirelessly connect to a smart device, such as a mobile phone or tablet, which lets you play audio through the piano's sound system and communicate MIDI data.
