Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C helps to reduce the rate of fatigue and exhaustion. Along with zinc, it helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The food supplement Celaskon Immunity Plus does not contain gluten. Active ingredientsACIDUM ASCORBICUM, ZINCI OXIDUM.
Why is vitamin C important?
Vitamin C is involved in many processes in the body. It enables the activity of various enzymes and is part of antioxidant systems. The human body cannot make vitamin C on its own. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal collagen production for normal bone function, cartilage, skin, blood vessels, teeth and gums, to normal nervous system and mental activity, to normal energy metabolism, to reduce the level of fatigue and exhaustion, to protect cells from oxidative stress, increases iron absorption. Increased need for vitamin C occurs, for example. during pregnancy and breastfeeding, excessive mental and physical work in stressful situations, increased physical stress (e.g. in athletes), in the elderly, at an older age, in smokers, in the healing of severe injuries, burns and major surgery.

Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dose is 1 coated tablet. It is recommended to take in the morning with a meal and with a glass of water. The recommended dosage must not be exceeded.
