Dobrý večer chcela by som sa opýtať že či to nevipadava z uší lebo mam skúsenosti že niak slúchadlá vypadávajú

Dobrý den, objednal jsem si tato sluchátka, balík přišel bez poškození, takže na poškození při přepravě to nevidím. Sluchátka ale fungují jen v tzv. mono režimu, to znamená, že vždy jen jedno. Není problém se spárováním s tel. Asus ZenFone 3 Max. - Bluetooth v. 4.0. Taky při přepínání mezi sluchátky problém není. Ale když se pokusím spárovat dle návodu obě sluchátka najednou, vždy se jedno vypne - pravé. Je to nepodporou telefonu, nebo je to vadný kus a měl bych reklamovat? Děkuji za odpověď.
