At the touch of a button, you can perform impressive aerobatics to capture excellent footage. The combination of the DJI Avata 2 drone and the DJI RC Motion 3 controller provides comfortable control and desirable features. With a single press, you can perform a 360° front/back flip, a 360° left/right roll, or a 180° side drift around an object before quickly pulling away. The DJI Avata 2 drone can capture detailed shots in high-resolution 4K thanks to its 155° FOV camera, which is equipped with a 1/1.3-inch image sensor. This allows it to capture a better dynamic range and handle low-light conditions more effectively. The 10-bit D-Log M lets you capture even more detail in bright and shaded areas, expanding your post-production possibilities with colour grading. The smoothness and stability of the DJI Avata 2's footage, even during complex manoeuvres, are handled by RockSteady and HorizonSteady. The compact DJI Avata 2 drone can shoot 4K video at 60 fps.
Comprehensive safety features for a secure flight
The DJI Avata 2 excels with its superb manoeuvrability and agility. Thanks to modern technologies, the drone is lighter and can therefore navigate tight spaces much better. To make the flight even safer, the propellers of the DJI Avata 2 drone are covered by integrated protective guards. If an unexpected situation arises that requires a stop, simply release the throttle stick or press the lock button. The DJI Avata 2 will then stop and await further instructions. In case of a low battery or signal loss, the DJI Avata 2 will initiate the automatic Return to Home (RTH) function. With new binocular fisheye sensors, the DJI Avata 2 can accurately determine its position downwards and backwards, even during low-altitude flights or indoors, giving you enhanced stability and safety. The drone can be easily flipped back into its take-off position when it's upside down in Turtle mode.
Long flight time and long-distance video transmission
Enjoy longer flights and explore your surroundings thanks to a flight time of up to 23 minutes (depending on speed, recording type, and environmental conditions). In addition, the DJI Avata 2's battery supports PD fast charging, allowing you to quickly recharge and get back in the air. When shooting footage, you can rely on the more stable DJI O4 video transmission. The drone is equipped with two transmitters, four receivers, and four antennas, which provide strong protection against interference and deliver signal transmission up to a distance of 13km, with a latency of just 24ms, and a high-resolution image at high FPS. Using DJI Goggles 3, you can watch a live feed from the DJI Avata 2 drone in the DJI Fly app on your smart device.
The drone is equipped with spacious internal storage
All your captured footage can be stored on the 46GB of internal memory in the DJI Avata 2, which is enough to store approximately 90 minutes of video in 1080p / 60 fps. A Wi-Fi connection ensures fast file transfer to your mobile phone for subsequent editing and quick sharing. The LightCut app on your smartphone offers new creative possibilities. For example, with the One-Tap Edit feature, you don't need to download all the footage during the process, saving storage space on your smartphone. With One-Tap Edit, the app intelligently selects clips based on composition and flight path, then automatically assigns a suitable template and sound effects. This allows you to create impressive videos quickly and easily. By using Sky VFX, you can easily add unique overlay elements, text animations, virtual cockpits, and dashboard effects that enhance the interactivity and engagement of footage captured by the DJI Avata 2.
