The unique Dual Zone technology divides the ETA Vital Air Dual 3302 90000 dehydrator into two independent chambers. You can set a different temperature in each zone, ranging from 35–80°C, and a different drying time (30 min. – 48 hrs.), saving significant time and energy. Both chambers are perfectly isolated from each other to prevent odour transfer. You can confidently dry aromatic mushrooms in one chamber and sweet fruit in the other without any crossover. The two chambers also allow for continuous drying. For example, place plums or apricots in the higher temperature zone first, then after a few hours, move them to the second zone to finish drying at a lower temperature, while immediately filling the first zone with a fresh batch.
