Above average performance
The most important factors to know a really good dryer are the aforementioned design, which is essential for even and efficient drying, and the performance of the food dryer. The G21 Mistral dries at an unrivalled 1,100 watts, which is ideal for commercial premises. It is therefore also praised by owners of restaurants and establishments focusing on healthy eating.
Control over the drying process
Unlike conventional dryers, the G21 Mistral food dryer also has a stainless steel door that ensures lower energy consumption, perfect air circulation, more efficient drying and reduced drying time. To prevent you from opening the door during drying and letting cold air into the dryer, we have fitted it with a window.
