The developers have managed to combine respect for the original trilogy with fun, innovative ideas. However, don't be fooled by first impressions, this title, despite the cute audio and visuals, is not aimed at young newcomers, but rather at experienced gamers. (Alza Magazine)

An Old-School Platformer With New Elements
The creators at Toys for Bob have made a great follow-up to the original series by Naughty Dog, keeping the traditional spirit of a difficult but very fun platformer and bringing fresh new ideas to it. The gameplay of Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time is enhanced by four masks that offer special abilities such as time slowdown and gravity modification in addition to their own personality.
A Playful Combination of 3D and 2.5D Environments
As in previous games, Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time alternates between a fully three-dimensional environment and the classic side view we know from earlier platformers. This time, however, all the transitions between views will be both smoother and more fun.
Your quick reflexes and steady nerves will be put to the test by new vehicles, such as a boat navigating on wild water.
The game is being developed by Toys for Bob, the studio that proved its quality with the successful remaster of the first three Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy episodes.
Back to the Past
In Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, Crash is transported to the past, where his three arch enemies have ventured to rewrite the history of this world, which Crash and his friends now must try to thwart. Since the theme of the game is time travel, you're in for quite an adventure.
