Eye relief and sleep support
High blue light filtration prevents the disruption of your body's natural melatonin production, contributing to better sleep quality after working on a computer or phone in the evening. The gentle +0.50 D dioptric correction also reduces the effort your eye muscles have to exert when focusing on a monitor. This helps to reduce the symptoms of digital eye strain, such as burning eyes or headaches.
