Grumpy Mule BIO SCA 83+ is decaffeinated, so you can enjoy it at any time of the day. Its taste is dominated by notes of milk chocolate, which are due to the characteristic mineral composition of the subsoil on which it is grown. The coffee is ideal for espresso, in a drip machine, in a cafeteria and on a filter. Roasted to the 3rd degree from 5. It consists of 100% Arabica originating from Honduras and Peru, where it is hand-picked. It is 100% Fairtrade and Organic. Caffeine is removed from the coffee using the natural and chemically safe Swiss watter methourFirst, the green coffee beans are soaked in hot water, the water draws out the caffeine and flavours. The resulting water is filtered through a carbon filter that captures only the caffeine. The decaffeinated flavour water is then used again for the next batch of beans. The beans are decaffeinated after a few cycles. The Swiss watter method preserves the natural taste of the coffee.

Preparation
Tea:
Pour freshly brewed hot water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
Coffee:
The ideal is 7 g of coffee beans per cup.
Storage
Store tea and coffee in a dry place. After opening the coffee, prevent air from entering.
