The Guzzanti GZ 012 Electric Knife Sharpener restores the edge of both steel and ceramic knives. Thanks to its three-stage system, it handles coarse sharpening, fine honing, and final polishing, all at a 15° angle. The sharpener is designed to be used by left-handers as well. The replaceable sharpening head protects the blade from scratches, and a container collects the sharpening dust, which makes subsequent maintenance of the device easier.

Three-Stage Sharpening and Easy Maintenance
The Guzzanti GZ 012 sharpener uses a three-stage sharpening system for complete edge restoration. The first stage, with a coarse diamond wheel, is used to create a basic edge even on dull knives. The second, finer stage smooths the edge and prepares it for the final finish. The third stage, using a resin polishing wheel, gives the blade its final smoothness. All sharpening dust is collected in a container, making cleaning easy.
